Owton Lodge - Hartlepool

The staff were all exceptionally welcoming and couldn’t be more helpful. It was nice to be asked how my day was by Josh at the bar and have a nice conversation while being served. Emma and Emily looked after us at our table and when I wanted to add salad to my boss burger when it wasn’t an option. That’s for sorting that Chef Jack as well! Normally there for the pub quiz and Andy always makes it fun! Just a really nice way to spend a Thursday night :

Lovely fresh food , amazing service from the bar to table service I didn’t get the ladies name who brought our food out but she was lovely and well mannered and the young guy behind the bar is lovely

Lovely lunchtime meal, and 2 meals for £12! Nice friendly atmosphere with pleasant and helpful staff with only a short wait for our meals.

Been in tonight for a drink whilst my partner was having another superb sizzling meal with three friends from work.... But unfortunately I experienced the situation of being ignored at the bar whilst other customers were served in front of me... Not happy with the customer service.. It was noticed by someone that I had been ignored and a member of the bar staff came over and apologised after I left the bar having been unable to be served..

Came with my sisters on Sunday night. Food was hot and tasty and delivered by a lovely member member of staff, shame we couldn't get dessert as it was after 9 o'clock. Lovely man hosting the quiz and we came 2nd.
