Fujinoya - Hartsdale

We visited on a Saturday evening just before 7:00 PM and experienced no wait time, along with ample parking. By 8:00 PM, however, there were people waiting and parking space became scarce. I’d suggest coming for dinner on a weekday around 5:00 PM to enjoy their dinner Bento boxes, which are available for dine-in only. The staff are very friendly and happy to serve appetizers from the menu as a starter if requested. Our food arrived within 15 minutes, and we especially loved the sashimi, which was fresh and generously thick—all for under $30 for an assorted plate with 10 pieces! A standout dish was the aged tofu, priced at $9.50. It was packed with umami flavor and had a delicate texture. On the downside, we can't recommend the shoyu ramen for $15, as we found the broth to be too mild for our taste, with the pork being rather dry and lacking the "oomph" we expected. The noodles also didn't have the usual springiness. Fortunately, other options, like the takoyaki (octopus balls) for $9.50 and various rice bowls, were enjoyable. Overall, we plan to return to try more rolls and different appetizers! I recommend this place if you’re looking for affordable, delicious Japanese food in a relaxed atmosphere.

Back to lunch! the qualification remains the same! the first time here. it is a Japanese own restaurant. So, I didn't care about the taste and quality. it offers a wide selection of ramen, soba, udon, to the many number of donburi. They also offer alcoholic beverages. my son had a Kirin draft.... service was great and prompt. the staff are also friendly and helpful. I'm back. in any case.

This place is amazing, the total quality of food and service was remarkable. our order came extremely fast, while other restaurants come about 30-25 minutes for their order, but this place has no problem with it at all. it only took about 5-7 minutes to have our food ready. on the service was the design of the place amazing! they had so many details on the walls and even on the deck! they had carefully designed sunshades down to make the deck look much better. the food was great too! next time they come by, don't underestimate.

One of the most beautiful places to eat sushi in Westchester. a former fire station, the seats are a bit close, but the sushi is always fresh and well prepared. the proportion ma between rice and protein is very good. the uni is perfect. I recommend this place very much!
