You did not disappoint once again! A big thank you to the staff and chef. The food was absolutely delicious! The ambiance was fantastic, and there was a great vibe from both the guests and the staff, who were incredibly welcoming. Special thanks to Daniel, Jusef, and the wonderful female staff member who were all outstanding! Firstly, I come here all the time and I do like the food and appreciate a Chinese restaurant like this in Westchester. I will continue to come here because my kids like the food. That said, I 'm giving it fewer stars because I find the service mechanical and factory-like, and I 've gone there on TWO separate occasions where the credit card machine broke . Fine, things happen, but I was only told this BOTH times AFTER my table was seated and I already ordered! If their credit card machine was broken, they should tell you before they even seat you, not after you 've invested time and ordered waiting for your food. They typically offer no solution other than there is a bank down the street . I eventually found a creative way to pay which I completely had to come up with, and really received no courtesy apology or acknowledgement of the trouble from anybody. I literally spent 15 minutes out of my dinner working with a staff member to pay my bill over THEIR broken technology, to sit back down and be ushered out of our table without warmth or politeness. It was a bad experience and I feel like servers at Applebees would have been nicer and more competent. So, I will keep coming here, but pretty much dreading certain wait staff who are cold, and anticipating broken credit card machines. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
