I ordered food Uber the phone I ordered BLT lightly toasted with tater tots they were both cold when I got them I just wasn't happy with the food I ordered it 2 minutes to 5 understand them not start cooking until 5 but I got there at 10 after and it wasn't ready until 5:32 and I wasn't too happy. I asked the girl at quarter after I saw what's the hold up isn't the food ready and she said no I think they just started it well if they had just started it shouldn't have been hot when I got it it wasn't though the peel and shrimp the shrimp was warm and that's supposed to be cold

I wish Southern Hart would get their food act together. Last time we were here the appetizers came out with the entres even though we specifically asked the kitchen to stagger them. Today the server didn’t even give our appetizer order to the kitchen . There are so few places to eat around Hartwell that focus on the customer experience. It is frustrating. One of our favorite places to eat! Food is always outstanding and the service is great. You can’t go wrong with just about anything on the menu but the Reuben egg rolls and burgers are my favorite. Love this local restaurant! Nice staff with great beer selection and mixed drinks! I love the pasta specials every Thursday. The Sunday brunch is amazing!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
