Haven't been to Harvey for a few years. Passing by for a lunch in a weekday after Easter holidays. From the outlook, the cafe is pretty new. The menu price is quite reasonable. They serve fish and premium fish $3). The batter is very thin...and light which we just love it. The fish is fresh as well. They serve the fish and chips in a pizza box which is quite rare but to take away ! The chips is quite generous too. They have very good and personal service, helping customer to open the door as the customer is not empty handed with the lovely food. Also, they serve the take away to an elderly who is waiting and sitting aside. Hats off to the team !

The restaurant is a good option for a fast meal. The fries were decent, but the fish was not the best, although edible.
