The Spud Spot - Harvey

It's always really good, and you won't regret trying it, but we didn't get everything we ordered one time, and some of the potatoes can be really greasy. It's always tasty though.

Ordered Catfish Monica. I was very satisfied with it. Would order again. Give it a try.

It?s a ducked off restaurant that is definitely a place to visit. The wait was a bit long but the cashier/waiter ensured that we were doing okay while waiting. We had the crawfish potato, seafood potato, Alfredo chicken pasta, chicken nuggets and fries, and cheeseburger. Everything was great but the burger could?ve been better. The snowball was yummy especially with the condensed milk. The bathroom was clean each time that I used it during my time there. It?s locatedacross the street from Walmart so slow down right after the red light.

While ordering the girl behind the counter was too distracted talking with her friend to take the order accurately. Even though she said it correctly she still entered it wrong. My husband got home and noticed one of the meals was incorrect, it wasn't his so he didn't know what it was supposed to look like. We called ahead to let them know so we could have it corrected. When he got there they still hadn't even bothered to start making it so he had to wait even longerwhile the food at home was getting cold. The girl tried to lie and make excuses of why it was wrong and didn't bother to even apologize. When my husband spoke to the manger she informed us she couldn't even comp anything for the ownerdoesn't allow the managers to do anything only the owner can. So basically even the managers can't take care of the customers properly. The owner is very cheap and doesn't care about the customers needs or inconvenience. The food is greatbut the service not so much.

I never have a issue with spud spot until today. I ordered two orders for to go over the phone. I get there and politely asked Rochelle (think her name was from the receipt) can I please ring those two orders separately. She didn't utter a word but looked at me and rolled her eyes like I asked something I wasn't suppose to. She didn't say not one word to me. I guess she didn't know how to do it because she went to get someone from the back that was pleasant and handled it. If you didn't know how to, that's all you had to say was please let me grab someone from the back that maybe able to. Customer service goes a long way because not one time did I even tell her anything which I should've. But thank you to the young lady who provided me the service and showed how you're suppose to treat a customer.
