Wendy's - Harvey

I ordered an Awesome Bacon Cheeseburger there was no salad or tomatoes on my sandwich. I was very excited because I was on my way and decided to stop at Wendy's for a quick bite before I came back on the highway

The worst service ever ! I waited almost 35 minutes in the lobby with only 2 people ahead of me the cashier was a little old lady very rude the Manager was very slow no assistance to others and very rude, the soda machine had no ice in the entire restaurant asked for ketchup they were out of that as well, I order chicken tenders that I was told had just come up that was false as well they were hard, dry and certainly not hot. Everyone that was there during this time was very unhappy two customers wanted their money back several customers walked out, that kitchen was filthy, I begin to take a picture one of the employees decides to grab the broom ! I guess they saw this review coming....

The staff at this restaurant were quite rude. I arrived at 9:54 and waited in the parking lot until around 10:03. When I went to the drive-thru, I waited about 40 seconds with no one answering. I ended up driving around and noticed a worker at the pickup window, but by then I decided to take my business to Burger King instead. Honestly, I don’t expect much from employees earning low wages, but I do expect them to fulfill their basic tasks!

The service is consistently slow whenever I visit, and my order has been messed up repeatedly. I even witnessed four cars leave due to the long wait times... this place really needs improvement. *To the owner: Have you considered the feedback in these reviews to address the issues? The negative comments date back several months. I was just there 20 minutes ago, and nothing seems to have improved!

I would advise against visiting this restaurant if an elderly woman is in the dining room around noon. She seems to cause quite a disruption, and it’s evident that the manager is aware of it. Unfortunately, neither the staff nor the management could assist her in getting her order. I experienced this firsthand during my break the other day.
