Dunkin' - Harwich Port

The cashier was friendly and efficient, but the man making the coffee and sandwiches was incredibly slow. I waited a long time for just two coffees, even though there was no one else in line ahead of me. When I finally got my coffees, I asked for a tray but the man ignored me and started making an English muffin. I felt silly when I realized there were trays on the counter to my left. I had already tipped the cashier before noticing a tip jar for likely the owner. The cashier deserved three stars, the atmosphere was nice with other customers, and the food was typical Dunkin's fare.

The service was terrible. I arrived at 4:58 am, and even though the doors were open, two ladies informed me that they would not be open until 5. I had to wait outside for 2 minutes just to get a donut. They seemed very unhappy and made me feel like I was bothering them during their work time.

I went to redeem my birthday reward at this restaurant and the two women working at the registers were not aware of the promotion. They seemed to be new employees, so I can't blame them for not knowing. The woman helping me had to ask her manager three times about the free reward before the manager finally came out after the cashier asked for the fifth time. The manager came out chewing gum, was very rude, and did not answer my questions clearly. When I showed her the offer in the app and explained that it was my birthday, she simply said, "we don't give out free stuff." I was very disappointed with the service. I ended up going to another Dunkin' location where I was able to redeem my rewards. I would suggest avoiding this particular location.

I worked here and behind the counter is nasty they keep everything a secret from you never tell you there are flys storming around your donuts when you order them not just that there bagels are in the open never covered welcome to flys sticking to your food!! Simi friendly staff but assume why to much about your personality that’s why they fired me because they somehow convinced upper management I was a down right bad employee when in all respect I am a nice professional guy never would hurt a fly!!! It’s iffy I would kind of recommend this location if you hate people
