Ordered 2 poke bowls to pick up at 6:30 PM. The order was finally ready at 7:03 PM... people in the business also kept asking how long their order would be on its way, everything was clearly delayed a lot. The young people behind the counter were far from helpful/friendly towards these people and continued to work quietly, staring at their note... no one gave any further explanation or excuses for the long wait. Once I got home it turned out that I had paid €2.5 extra for 1!!! Falafel ball and they forgot my avocado.
