Little Caesars Pizza - Hastings

I stopped there today and ordered a deep dish sausage pizza and bread sticks. The pizza was cut into 8 slices, 3 slices had 3 each kernels of sausage, 2 slices had 2 each sausage kernels, 3 slices had no sausage at all. This isn’t what I would classify as a sausage pizza.

The pizzas were blazing hot and delicious. I tried the wings. Those were sized quite small with only one drummie in the order. They had great flavor. The staff acted annoyed to see a customer. If they had greeted or displayed more positive body language, the experience would have gotten 5 stars. I was self serving using the Pizza Portal to pickup an online order. The upgrade is great, keeps food very hot. It also prevents theft of paid food.The counter, food prep areas looked sanitary employees I could see looked fairly clean. The floor looked clean/swept. Pizza is good but they never have any hot and ready actually ready. always have to wait for them to make one.

It was an awful experience. We waited to be helped initially for quite some time, got some employees to notice us took our order. He stated it would be a 4-5 minute wait. Fast forward 30 mins and we are still sitting there after several attempts to get their attention to ask about our food. Finally we get assistance, only to find out both of the things we ordered (hot ready-crazy bread) had been sitting in the warmer for some time. It was overall an awful experience.
