Joe Joes Chicken And Ribs - Hastings

After reading several reviews, it is clear that this restaurant should be shut down. My experience was terrible - we waited almost two hours for our delivery, and when we called to inquire about its whereabouts, we were met with a busy line for 20 minutes. When we finally spoke with someone, they claimed our address was incorrect (which it was not) and offered to either cancel our order or place a new one. The lack of customer service was appalling and it seems they simply did not care about making or delivering our food that evening.

Place looked dirty the staff were rude didnt acknowledge i was even there i tried to order a meal but the person who i think is now the manager couldnt understand me he then came over to me and asked abruptly what to you want i was surprised by his attitude he then turned around and spoke to his colleagues in indian but what he didnt realise is that i am half indian and can understand what they were saying and it wasnt nice the other manager about a year ago was so nice i wont be going there again

Had ordered with my family. I am vegetarian due to having a chronic illness and meat causes immense flare ups. We had ordered a sietan chicken burger, which I was very excited for as it’s very rare to find some where we can all order from as a family. It’s arrived the fake chicken burger was chicken, tried calling 3 times no answer. I am absolutely appalled and in addition there was 4 portion of chips instead 5, we ordered filet strips and got 4 chicken nuggets instead. What a joke our experience has been. I want a refund for our awful experience! Do not offer veggie options if you cannot provide.

The food is disgusting, the chicken was more dryer than the Sahara desert, I got ribs and I was struggling to identify the source of the meat because the bone was the size of a dogs leg, plus they are unhygienic, the shop is filthy and the staff are miserable and rude, once I ordered from this idiots and they sent me the complete wrong order and refused to send out my order and just told me to eat what I have been given, I am totally convinced monkeys could do a better job than these low IQ morons.

The food here is better then KFC. The food is hot and looks more appetising. The portions are way better and they have nicer chips and there burgers are supreme. I would 100% reccomend
