The Famous Cod Father Fish - Hastings

When I have my two young boys with me, I like to go to a fish and chip shop in Hastings. They serve the best fish and chips at a good value for a child's portion. Plus, it's just a short walk from the seafront game zone. We will definitely be returning soon.

This is a fantastic restaurant! I recently visited with my family to celebrate my son-in-law and grandson's birthdays. There were 20 of us in total, but the food was freshly prepared and served quickly. Despite the large group and 9 energetic children under the age of 10, we were made to feel welcome as soon as we walked in. The food was delicious, the restaurant was clean, and the waitress was friendly and attentive. They even offered the children free ice cream. I highly recommend this restaurant - don't miss out!

These are my favorite fish and chips that I have had many times. I visited this restaurant with a local friend and we both enjoyed our meal. I have returned three times and the fish and chips have been consistently good. The service is always quick and efficient. I have also tried other dishes at the restaurant, including cod and chips with curry sauce. The chips are always perfectly hot, with a soft inside and a light outer crunch. The fish is fresh, solid, and the batter is crispy without being too dry or oily. As a curry sauce enthusiast, I have never tasted better than the one served here. I have brought friends here and recommended it to others. It's the only restaurant where I have ever finished a whole plate. I highly recommend this place and its service.

My friend james are on Sunday, 30th august, bank holidays. I wanted to write this review to say a big thanks to the employees who were so patient with all. they all had smiles on their faces, although they were long and they had problems with their kitchen. a massive thank you to the beautiful young lady, the people who are standing outside, such a polite and friendly person, they should praise on their excellent customer service. concerning eating, it was delicious, fresh fish and perfectly cooked chips. we ate them on the beach and drove back to london, two happy campers with cheerful bells.

The service was excellent, they had a separate menu for gluten-free options and even provided gluten-free vinegar at the table. I enjoyed a delicious gluten-free cod and chips meal.
