Burger King - Hattiesburg

I waited over 20 minutes for my food, even though I was the only one in the drive-thru. The man at the front window was polite, but it seemed like the rest of the staff were just goofing around. I arrived 20 minutes before closing time, and that's just unacceptable.

As for vegetarian options, I do appreciate the Impossible Whopper. When it's made correctly, it’s quite good.

I ordered my burgers with NO ketchup, and I stressed that multiple times, but the burgers still had ketchup on them. I don't understand what is so difficult about leaving off an ingredient. Although this is the closest location to me, I plan to drive further to a different location to see if they can get my order right.Vegetarian options: I do appreciate the impossible whopper. When the order is made correctly, they are very good.

This is the worst possible service I have EVER had. We waited in the drive thru for at least 30 minutes. Only 3 cars. I've worked with food before. There's no reason other than lazy workers. Not only that but we get up to pay, and she lets us know after 5 minutes of sitting there, that our chicken sandwich is just now being cooked. Wow.

I absolutely love the croissants here but never can I both the sandwich and hash-round hot, you have to be cold, today I have specifically asked that both be hot, I had to wait for hash-round cooking, cold croissants UGGHHKid Friendship: child meal
