Got the Philly Cheese Steak and it was definitely a 5 star sandwich. Wonderful mom and pop type place who are very friendly.

WOW!! Southern Seafood has the best shrimp po-boy I've ever eaten! The shrimp were very very fresh and the bread was delicious. There were tons of shrimp on this thing, and for 7 bucks, you really can't find a better deal on a shrimp po-boy in Hattiesburg!
The gumbo is as good or better than homemade. Sorry mom. It’s amazing
