Pizza Hut - Havana

Pizza was great but our bill was like 32 and we had a small pizza. That's ridiculous

8 bone out wings are a joke maybe 3 . Prices are too high and still no Buffet.

It's a bit of a mixed bag... my takeout orders are always spot on. However, dining in can be chaotic when they're crowded. During my last visit, we waited 20 minutes just to receive our drinks.

On my most recent visit, I ordered the Big Dinner Box for takeout. When I arrived to pick it up, the staff member accidentally dropped the wings on the floor. She offered to remake them, which I appreciated, as it was just a mistake. However, she then informed me that the fryer wasn’t working, so she couldn’t prepare new wings. Despite not receiving the wings, I was still charged the full price for the Big Dinner Box. It was frustrating because there was no manager or owner present to discuss this with, and I didn’t understand why I was charged for wings I never received. Overall, my experience has been disappointing.
