Most every trip is spot on but there have been a few fails. I'm sure it's the turnover rate and most likely new hires just learning. Completely understandable. I will always return because I support my local Havana businesses. Nikeria gives outstanding customer service, it’s becoming rarer to find an employee who says she’s the best salad makerand she is right..she smiled asked me my name and says “ask for me when you come in”: this is great service, and the other employee was friendly as well!
