La Vitrola - Havana

Great atmosphere with live music. The food was ok. Nice place to drink a beer during a hot day.

Nicely decorated cozy restaurant, both outdoor indoor sittings. They have English menu, waitress speaks English helpful. We had lunch there on Sunday, it was very busy. We had Grilled chicken breast grilled fish both were served with rice; Tamale. Food is delicious, service is good fast. US$ exchange was 180 pesos.

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere inside the restaurant. I sat outside and unfortunately you will get approached by beggars. Bear in mind that their Italian menu is from the restaurant nearby (both work together) so if you order from both menus the order won’t be served together.

THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING!!!!! The best meal we had in Havana. Our server Lily was so kind and patient, made great recommendations and encouraged us to sit and enjoy the music without feeling pressured to place an entire order. The musicians were incredible, and engaged the audience. It’s in the heart of Old Havana, and really gave us out best dining experience.

Owned by the same folks at retro pizza and they have the same attitude when you don’t buy the entire menu in one sitting. Always trying to upset aggressively as-well. I would avoid and try Rey 360 instead. The only saving grace is they have a fantastic band that plays here.
