Bojangles - Havelock

This location always slow.... they always say its going to be a 20 minute wait for chicken. Its literally the only thing they have to make sure is available. Save yourself 20 minutes and just drive to the Newport location. They always have food ready. Havelock just can't seem to get it right.

Sign said lobby open until 8. By 7 PM lobby was locked up. There were about 8 ti 10 cars in the drive thru. So !, you cannot get in the lobby to order and I am not waiting for probably 30 minutes in the drive thru. Take a lesson from Chick-fil-A, have 1 of your people get off their can and go get orders. You might see an uptick in business

I was charged a different price than was on my receipt. Then, our order was incorrect. I'm scared the kid at the window stole my credit card info. I have reported it to corporate, but I recommend you are careful at this location.

My Bos Chicken Sandwich Combo and my Bos Chicken Sandwich were dry as hell hardly any mayo and my food was cold

I had the grilled chicken salad and it was excellent. Also, tried a bit the roasted chicken and French fries my daughter ordered and they were also great, especially the bbq sauce. Customer service was also here stellar!
