Dunkin' - Havelock

I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. A woman with what I believe was red hair was extremely rude and unprofessional. My sister and I ordered hot peppermint mocha lattes, but we received regular hot coffees with just a single pump of peppermint syrup instead. When we politely asked for the peppermint mocha latte as advertised on the menu, she went off behind the counter, belittling me and shouting at the top of her lungs in front of everyone in the store, saying, "That customer ordered the wrong thing, so now we have to remake it." I found it quite unsettling that employees can behave like that toward customers over what seemed to be a simple misunderstanding about how to prepare a coffee.

The business hours seem irrelevant here. It’s 8:45 PM, the front door is locked, and no one is answering the phone. Time to head over to Dairy Queen.

I always receive excellent service whenever I visit for ice cream and coffee!

The order arrived quickly and was still warm! I'm deducting one star because they substituted the coffee I ordered with hot chocolate, but fortunately, my dad likes hot chocolate, so it wasn't a major problem!

I will not be ordering from here again. This was my second time trying it, and it didn't go well. The six-donut assortment I received wasn't what I ordered (not a huge deal), but they were carelessly tossed into a small box, so the chocolate-topped donuts were a mess. The sweet peppered bacon sandwich was a letdown. I've had this sandwich at other locations, and it was nothing like what I expected. Honestly, paying $7 for a basic bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich with just two strips of bacon felt like a rip-off; I could have gotten a better sandwich for half the price elsewhere. The coffee was decent, but the hash browns were cold and soggy. I'm not usually one to write lengthy reviews, but I truly regret spending my money here. In total, I ended up paying $42 for mediocre food and drinks—honestly, you’d be better off saving your money and going to McDonald's instead.
