The quality of the coffee and services make me happy. Cant think my day without drink first coffee from thia shop.. Calalin ur the best.

Very polite and helpful young ladies relaxing atmosphere. Tasty drinks and food staff gave away toastie to wrong customer but quickly rectified mistake when notified

The two Costas in Hornchurch are both disappointing. I understand that they are busy, so wear and tear is inevitable, but it seems like no one cares about the condition of the restaurant. The furniture needs attention as it was dirty and I didn't feel comfortable sitting down. The outdoor deck is loose and unsafe, untidy and unappealing with a broken canopy hanging lopsidedly overhead. As a major chain, Costa should ensure their franchises maintain higher standards.
