Planet Wings Of Haverstraw

I got food twice now and it was both disappointing. I thought I should give him a second chance to see if the first order was an outlier, but it seems that this is the kind of quality you should expect from PW. The sauce tastes good and I like the offered variety. The wings themselves, however, are so small. For a place called Planet Wings, they really fell the ball here. For my second order, I tried boneless wings instead and while you get technically more meat, they are still small (sometimes smaller than a McDonald's chicken nugget, rarely bigger than one) and, worse than, they're overcooked? I can't place what the problem is, they're just not good. You seem to be punctual? I also ordered mozzarella sticks, but I guess the mozzarella is not included... There are so little cheese in the mozza sticks that I was able to bite into them, dip them in Marinara, tap the mozza stick, and literally fill it with marinara sauce. About half of the Mozza stick is completely empty, it is only deep-fried air. If you want good wings, believe it or not, Pizza hat has great wings.

Ain't no way that what used to cost me $11, now costs $17. I was flabbergasted, but I bought it anyways so I can taste planet wings for my last time. Because there ain't no way I'm going to spend that kind of money on small quesadillas and cury fries ever again. Time to look for a new spot, sad. The food itself was decent, but not worth the money.

I used to love this place but its clear by my past few experiences they have given up on quality of food. If its the burnt fries 4 day old celery or the over cooked and over sauced wings they clearly are just ?winging? it. Also please be consistent with the pricing! Last 3 times same orders all three times different prices. #Bringbacknormalsizedwings

UPDATE: So a few years ago when we first moved to the area I couldn?t get enough of these wings. Recently, I have been very disappointed with the quality of food from this PW location. The wings have gotten smaller and smaller and the prices continue to go up and the flavor has been lacking. Today I ordered Parmesan garlic wings (dry rub) and there was barely any seasoning on the wings and the wings were cold and didn?t taste fresh. They smelled and tasted like the oil they had been cooked in was very old. After a number of unsatisfactory order, I think it?s time to move on to another restaurant for wings. Love this place. The wings are delicious. My faves are the garlic parmesan (they use a dry rub) and the lemon pepper wings, which I love because it's actually a sauce they make that is sort of a buffalo sauce but with a hint of lemon. It's got quite a kick. You can carry out or dine in. Either way, you'll have a great experience.

Okay, don?t get me wrong .. most people come here for the wings, however the tenders are seriously where it?s at. I made the decision to get them out of impulse and could not believe I hadn?t been getting them forever. They are SO good, like SO SO good especially with the honey mustard. Ugh, seriously bomb.
