The Steak House - Hawkinsville

My friend and I had dinner on Saturday night and ordered meeres from the menu. the selection was very good and the salmon was excellent. the service was great, very fast and very friendly. I highly recommend everyone.

Because our visit was in mother's day and the place was enormously crowded, take this into account for my review. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Food was unremarkable buffet fare: fried chicken, carved beef, turkey. The turkey was cold and unappealing. Sides like mashed potatoes and brown gravy looked and tasted like instant vs. Homemade with fresh ingredients. The staff did there best to keep food filled on the buffet but some items ran short at times.

By far some of the worst food I’ve ever had. Way too salty, not much of a selection, dry meat, cold bread. Not to mention every dish I picked up was dirty! We went because they had good reviews, but I’m not seeing why the reviews were so decent. Super disappointing.

We had a great family meal. Service was great and friendly and all of our food was delicious. SO GOOD!

Love the country cooking. Fried chicken and lacy cornbread can’t be beat!
