Subway - Hawthorne

Easy parking fast food but not greasy or fried. They really try to offer healthy options. Even if you go overboard with the oil and vinegar and cheese it is better for you than a pizza or a burger. It is inexpensive and there are many sandwich options. It is clean and the dine in area is pretty big. They make the bread fresh and your sa switch is made to order as you decide what to put on it.

Love subway!!! I've been eating veggie subway for over 4 years everyday! It's crazy but giving the bad food choices out there this one seems the most logical and good grade and for a very low price. Always great service.

The restaurant earns 5 stars about half the time. The food is generally fresh and well-prepared, as you would expect. My family and I often dine here, and some of the staff even recognize our orders, which adds to the excellent service. However, there isn’t anything that particularly sets it apart from other subway locations to warrant an additional 5-star rating.

Absolutely disappointing experience. First off, I want to clarify that this isn't the fault of the employees—they were really helpful. I placed an online order at 4:30 p.m., the website processed my payment, and it said my order would be ready for pickup at 4:45. To make a long story short, my order didn’t show up in their system, and I ended up waiting until 5:20 p.m. without knowing what to do. After all that, I finally received my food, which was just four small slices of Bratbeef on my sandwich. Ultimately, the online ordering system is terrible, and my experience was quite frustrating. I'm only giving it 5 stars because the employee's kindness deserves it.

The service here is incredibly friendly, and there are plenty of parking spaces available! I found a nice spot right in front of the pickup area. I came in to redeem my free birthday cookie reward and chose a raspberry cheesecake cookie. The girl at the counter asked when my birthday was and wished me a happy birthday, even though it was two weeks ago. My cookie was well-packaged, and I received two napkins. The cookie was soft and delightful. Thank you for the sweet treat!
