Milliore Korean Restaurant - Haymarket

We arrived early as we had a show to get to so it wasn't busy, the food was nice but not great and the service was good until it started tot get busy and then it dropped off.

A hippy place for Korean food, well located in a shopping mall, plenty of food options and food is reasonably priced. May have a long waiting time during peak period.

It's fast, really fast. Faster than McDonald's these days. Order from the specials menu as its probably the freshest. My bibimbab was lukewarm at best. Specials meal was at least hot. Decent enough food if you're not keen to walk any further. A solid meh from me.

I have walked past Milliore a few times in the evenings and it's been packed so decided to give it a go today at lunch as it was relatively quiet. I decided to try the dolsot bibimbap after going through the big menu. Service was fast and I had the banchan on the table within a couple of minutes of my order. I find banchan can be exceptional but for many places, it's a necessity where little effort goes into it. The waitress however took the effort to tell me what they were and pointed out the chestnut jelly as being very good. I was hungry so I polished it off quickly and them my bibimbap turned up. It wasn't presented as nicely as other places I have been but the stone pot was red hot and I could hear the rice crackling away. As I mixed it up, I could see the crust had formed beautifully. I eagerly added the chili sauce and mixed it up. I really enjoyed it! Very tasty overall. Good value especially when you get banchan on the house. I'll be back!

I never wanted to eat korean food as i have heard about them loving dog meat.well we went to this place and the food was good.though i was very disappointed with my seafood soup it tasted plain
