New York Pizza - Hayward

Bad customer service via the phone, they try to make quick orders, but may not seem to ever take the orders correctly, ordered a King Kong pizza just to get a xl pizza, simple mistakes, but not the first time.

As afghan I would say that these people do not know how to make a pizza, they invite them more, but their pizza is overbooked and so nasty I find a hair in my pizza. please avoid this place

Acceptable pizza but something expensive, got 3 different special pizzas, some pasta and bread, over $105 execution.

Very good place to eat the staff are wonderful and the pizzas are brighta good. Also they accept EBT me and my husband go there often the owner is very nice and friendly.. Try the King Kong Pizza or try the deserts my husband takes away the Hala salad... or if you want a slice, they also have it. And many good offers

I tried the pizza and it was decent, but the real issue is the extremely slow delivery time and the incorrect order received. Even though I specifically requested a half cheese and half pepperoni and mushroom pizza, I was given a full topping pizza instead. This was frustrating for myself and others who could no longer enjoy the food. Furthermore, providing a "need help" number on the order confirmation email was pointless as my concerns were completely ignored.
