Subway - Hayward

We were ordering for 6 people, 5 adults and a four year old. The lady working had a poor attitude towards us from the moment she seemed to realize we had a large order. They had no customers when we first walked in. We had walked here from a mile away cause our vehicle is being worked on. The young man working had a better attitude than she did. The young man rung up the order and I paid $97 and some change, the lady worker was still making my husbands sandwich but still went ahead and charged my husband a buck something, for some avocado that my son added to his sandwich. I’m gonna assume the young man told her he didn’t charge us for it because how does she know he didn’t charge me when he first rung me up? It was also pretty warm inside the store so we sat at a table close to the door and propped the door open for the breeze and she came and closed the door, but I had asked the young man if it was okay for me to open the door and he said it was fine.

My wife and I went in and found the service to be terrible. We were told no refills and the service was very different compared to other subways. The the company however this location does not represent subway.
