Dunkin' - Hazel Crest

I will never return to this location again. Drive-through service was horrendous. As I waited at the drive-through for my total before pulling around, I heard the employee say “why is she waiting at the window”. Then after paying, I found out they gave me the wrong order. And they didn’t get a receipt. Do yourself a favor and drive to the nearest Dunkin’ Donuts away from this one. And I am speaking of the people working at the drive-through the morning of August 21.

I use to really like this place. Now they are annoying me. No refills on these expensive DD cups. Put it on the app and post it on your windows. The excuse is because of covid. Chicago is allowing it. You wonder why your deserted place can't keep patrons. I said what I said

Stop making these fancy cups and thermos with the logo. When you go to DD you are told oh we don't do the refill drinks anymore. Put it on the app so your loyal customers will not expect to refill ther expensive cup. Price per person: $10–20 Atmosphere: 1

Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Recommended dishes: Hash Browns, Turkey Sausage Egg and Cheese

Very disappointed today. Order taker wasn?t paying attention to my order items missing, had to pay twice at the window. Hash browns were completely burnt and could not eat. Threw my donut in the bag, so all the frosting stuck to my napkin. Everything Ipaid for was basically not edible.
