Faster service, depending on where you might try to go too fast

I’ve been visiting this Dunkin’ 4 to 5 times a week since November 2019. During the first few months, my coffee was always made perfectly (large cold brew with caramel swirl, no cream, no sugar). However, over the past couple of months, I’ve had to start ordering it with extra caramel swirl and almond milk, and even then it doesn’t look or taste like it has much flavor. I appreciate the employees here as they are always polite, but I'm perplexed as to why my coffee never seems to be made correctly anymore.

This Dunkin is part of a Sunoco gas station. There are restrooms but they don't allow customers to use them! Be aware if you need to pee you should go to the Turkey Hill across the road instead.

Nope, not at all. I might have good squatting skills, but the customer service was lacking. A seat should be part of the service!
