Burger King - Heath

4 cars in the drive thru and no one could get waited on. Was told to look at the menu and 10 min later we left. No one was waited on and boy at drive thru kept looking at us like he was waiting on us. Not a way to stay open. Your management sucks.

Kitchen floor fithy with food everywhere. Condiment containers were all empty, and all tables were dirty. Burger King used to be my favorite fast food stop, not anymore. Also stood in line forever being ignored before being waited on.

Rude manager. I was in the fast food joint eating when suddenly there was an influx of shouting from the manager and a customer, after the latter was taking too long to eat their food. I immediately got up and left.

The manager is super unprofessional, yelling and swearing at a PREGNANT mom WITH KIDS all for trying to get her food. If you guys want to be successfull, atleast have decent customer service.

Give that manager a raise. She did what all of us wanted to do, refuse to serve someone letting their kids take 15 minutes to order. Thank you.
