This was my first experience at a Jimmy John's, and I was impressed! They have a wonderful sandwich menu, a wide variety of fresh ingredients, and options for different sizes and drinks to complement your meal. The staff was fast and friendly, making the experience even better. The food was great—generous portions and absolutely delicious. I definitely plan to return in the future. It's a fantastic alternative to traditional fast food drive-thrus!

I enjoy Jimmy John's, but this location is the slowest I've ever experienced. In Phoenix, my sandwich is usually ready in about 5 minutes, but here they inform customers that it will take "25-30 minutes!"

The food was enjoyable, but unfortunately, it damaged my top retainer, which wasn't ideal.
