Chipotle Mexican Grill - Hebron

Pathetic attitude 15-20 minutes prior to close.(Not actually) Sorry to bother you for being there.Dry beans, no fajita veggies, no barbacoa, no carnitas.Green tomatoes in the pico.Made it home to realize my tortillas weren't even put in the bag ?.Taste was on brand but nothing else was.Manager did remake it for me the next day when I went in but even that response was minimal. Literally the worst Chipotle experience I've had in this market and across the country, coming the day after one of my best-ever Chipotle experiences in Orlando.Feels like this place needs a serious tune-up.

The serving size for each item is ridiculously small and gets smaller each day. I have to stand my ground and ask for more which gets embarrassing after some time. Honestly should start looking for Chipotle alternatives now.

Not sure what they do to the guacamole it’s terrible and looks spoiled. Only chipotle I’ve seen with yucky guacamole ?

I ordered a chipotle bowl delivery and when I opened it the bowl was dripping and whoever handled the bowl had food on their hands and once I opened it it looked like a salad SOUP. Whoever made my bowl must’ve poured all the tomato/onion juice in there because I don’t understand how it could be so wet. It’s disgusting. Do better…
