Wendy's - Hebron

I observe everything when I'm waiting on an order. The manager Nova is the best. She is a true leader, patient and professional.

Manger on nights can't open till 4 because she says she's short staff but sitting at table on her phone

The line was long I almost didn't go in but dang they are FAST here

The few times I visited this one. Always packed. Ok I get it, it's at a busy spot. However, food order is 50/50. Always check before you leave. Half the time it's right, the other time I get a chicken sandwich instead of a burger or items are missing. The few times I went in to order. Not as friendly as they always seemed rushed or behind. I go here when I shop out by meijer. But otherwise I try to avoid this one and go to a different Wendy's.
