Delivery lasted 1h 40 min, instead of 1 h. special request was not taken into account. pizza has tasted very fad and tasteless. boden unfortunately reminds of a finished floor.

Unfortunately, despite very earlier my extra note/ a special request was not taken into account. it was not explained why or apologised. the pizza was still very delicious and the delivery was even before the specified time.
