Sir Henry Barkly - Heidelberg

We came on Saturday 14th January 23rd the room is attractive and comfortable, even on a hot day. the drink selection was very good and service excellent. we had four main courses and a few tapas to start. the spring rolls and crimson garlic broth were excellent. for the main courses we had 2 portions of Salt-n-Pepper-Squid, a Greek lamb salad and a piggy-skin. the lammsalat was excellent, and a considerable service. in the did all the meals were very generous portions. the Salt-n-Pepper-Schmetterling was less satisfactory, as the squid was somehow scattered or scattered, which we did not expect. not bad, but not the best. the pork was a disappointment. the spene and koleslaw were buried under a huge scavenger that was overboiled. the flesh was thin, in a dark crust and was dry and overtaken. I didn't finish it and leave about 30%.

Great hotel with beautiful outdoor area for warm evenings. very good meal with exceptional friendly staff.
