I **** love this place. We had a hot chocolate (perfect temperature). English breakfast for my mum( again perfect temperature). We purchased these.....so good and so cheap FYI caramel square and cheer slice off cuts. Sticky date puddings and honey comb caramel cake. Yuuuuuuuummmmmmmy

Love this place. Fresh ingredients, fabulous cakes in a convenient range of sizes. Red velvet cake and the lamington are amazing. Couple of vegan options. You can order online, or over phone or in person during business hours. Such a friendly, ambient place located in the industrial area of Heidelberg West, Melbourne. Can leave pooches outside and also eat outside. Luckily it's local to us, so we can enjoy the cafe. I don't drink coffee, so had a delicious vegan chai latte. Highly recommended Sweet by Nature cakes and cafe!

It's a gem in northern area! Plenty of dessert varieties and interesting cafe. I went there to get take away desserts. Definitely will be back to try their lunch and more desserts.

I absolutely love this place! The cakes are truly unbelievable and must be seen to be believed. I made a reservation for 11 o’clock coffee, anticipating it would be crowded right before Christmas, but there were no issues with my booking. The cakes are a bit pricey—$18 for two small coffees and one regular-sized cake plus a smaller one. However, the best-kept secret is the refrigerator stocked with crates of "seconds." I found a box of six slightly misshapen vanilla slices for just $8, and there were plenty of other options to choose from as well.

Absolutely fantastic! The food was amazing, the prices were great, and the cakes were to die for! What a delightful café and shop. We loved our visit and it was definitely worth the 45-minute drive. We will definitely be returning. Customer service was a perfect 10/10. Thank you!
