Chambao - Heidelberg

The best tapas in Heidelberg!!!! I was alone this afternoon for a spontaneous visit to Chamboa. I had the cook put together a brave variation of pleasure and mood and was not disappointed. There were: inerico chin with papayasalat, Tatar from the label Rouge Lachs with avocado, pulpe with passions fruit and roulette, fried stone mushrooms with pine nuts and fried zander with apple and blood sausage. The dishes were tastefully sensational and the flavors were well harmonized! The iberico chin and mushrooms were absolutely excellent!!!! I look forward to many more visits and culinary delicacies in Chamboa.

Friendly and competent service. Appetizer Calamari and Tabla Iberica super delicious! Fish plate perfectly grilled and very delicious! Dessert Crema Catalana and Torrigas are the open wines and the wine card offers over 30 positions of Spanish and German wines in all price categories!

Delicious food, great craftsmanship and an attentive service that creates a wonderful atmosphere! Here we are happy to come back!
