Dairy Queen - Hemphill

This is the best Dairy Queen that my family has eaten at in years! We have eaten at this restaurant several times, lately. Their chicken baskets and Blizzards are outstanding! My husband loves the Belt Buster! My grandchildren love the burger kidsmeals! The restrooms are clean and stocked. The building is older, but it is clean. Occasionally, there is a fight to keephouse flies out of the restaurant.

The crew working the day we went which was friday July 8th, were all so sweet and knowledgeable. The cashier lady was just the sweetest. We had a great experience. Thanks guys!

I have never felt so insulted in my life. I take my granddaughters to Dairy Queen at least once a week. After waiting over 30 minutes for our food, I asked for an update, and the staff asked what I had ordered. Frustrated, I decided to simply ask for a refund. Joyce, the employee, mentioned that they were behind on orders. I replied that they should have informed us about the delay. I then said I would go elsewhere, to which she responded with a very unpleasant attitude, telling me to "do what you gotta do." I was taken aback by her rudeness as she repeated it. We will never visit this Dairy Queen again.

I waited in line for over 15 minutes, then parked on the side and waited another 20-25 minutes for a burger and fries. The customer service was very slow and disappointing!
