I have been coming to this place ever since I was a child. They had the best patties especially after I came from church. I went back to this restaurant after moving a few years ago and it was even better than I remembered. I recommend this Taste the Island if you wanna try Haitian food! Their food is amazing, even their bread and Patties

Been coming here for years and the food consistently tastes the same which I appreciate. This place has the best Fritay especially the tassot (fried goat) in Long Island, hands down! My husband and I go for it weekly because it's so good. Other dishes are good too such as the snapper and fried turkey. Customer service is just ok not the best and I wish they would accept debit/ credit card but other than that its a good restaurant!
