Írjon visszajelzéstDuring our last visit, we were excited to try the new seasoned steak. Some of us even ordered extra, assuming it would cost the same as the original steak. We were shocked to discover that the new steak costs more than double for an extra serving. There were no prices displayed, and when we asked for extra steak, we weren’t informed of the higher cost until it was time to pay at the register. The total came to $28 for one burrito bowl, and that didn’t even include guacamole or queso! While we would have accepted the high price if it had been communicated to us clearly at the time of ordering, the rude customer service is what truly prompted this complaint. I even observed other customers having similar issues at the register while I was eating. Chipotle Corp attempted to make up for this experience by offering us a buy-one-get-one-free (BOGO), which we appreciated. However, when we returned to redeem the BOGO, the service had not improved. The same rude cashier was there, and to make things worse, they were out of cheese, stating they had prioritized to-go orders over walk-in customers. We could see the cheese bin full with the to-go orders while we were left without. It’s really disappointing to have to make this decision, but we will be taking our business to another location. I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but something needs to change here.
Nope! My last visit to this location will indeed be my last visit. My chicken burrito was huge sloppy. It was cold and poorly flavored. Furthermore the employees need training on how to properly wrap a burrito. Basically, they just ball it up and throw it in the bag. When you take a bite, everything falls out everywhere. That?s not how you make a Chipotle burrito! Not spending my money here ever again.
First of all, the parking situation is a nightmare. Secondly, the food was extremely disappointing. It was my first time trying it, and I found it to be terrible. Fausto's offers a wider variety of better quality food for a much lower price. I paid $26 for two bowls, and the meat was subpar, plus the portions were minimal. I won't be returning.
Please don?t go here. The food has NO flavor. Chips stale, undercooked and extremely salty. Guac was made with unripe avocados and poorly prepared because it tasted like water. I eat chipotle so much that this experience potentially changed my entire outlook on eating there ever again. Yeah food was disgusting. Please do better.
I order from here regularly. This last time the this location not the delivery person messed up my order. I was given a bag with with my order and name on it but when I opened it was the order for someone else. The real problem is there was NO WAY to solve the problem. The number I called was no help nor was the online system. A large company like this should a better customer service system!
