Chili's Grill - Hendersonville

I had a pretty disappointing experience here. I walked in and there were plenty of open tables, but the girl told me I couldn 't sit at any of 'em. I asked her to check with the manager since there were empty tables. She went and talked to the manager, and came back saying he said no, I had to wait for one of the other tables to free up. Felt like I was being discriminated against since there was no good reason for it. The girl wasn 't rude or nothin ', but it was frustrating bein ' told to wait when there were over 10 empty tables. Decided to leave instead of waitin ' around for no reason. It seems like the management needs to get their act together. A situation like this shows the manager ain 't cut out for running a restaurant right. Hope y 'all take this feedback to heart and fix things up so other folks don 't have to deal with the same nonsense. I had a pretty disappointing experience here. Stopped into this location and had an awesome experience. We’re visiting from Canada and this has been the best service we’ve had the entire week we’ve been here. Kody was absolutely fantastic! Chips were on the table within minutes. Food came out hot and fresh. He was super on top of things and had a great attitude. Thanks Kody!

Not the best place for chicken and the price is a bit high but okay at best.
