Jimmy John's - Hendersonville

Food is excellent. Service is difficult. Ordered a sandwich with salad pack instead of bread and received more from a taco than a pack. When I showed an employee the sandwich that helped him prepare, I was told that this is only the way the salad was cut today. There was no offer to get rid of my sandwich. Several customers came and went during our visit that did not wear masks. This place seems to have no problem serving these people.

I have an Italian tonight. I've been in the bathroom for three hours. I'm going to another sandwich shop.

Very disappointed at this point. Carryout means that the order is ready to go. At the age of Coronavirus, I do not expect to go a few cups in my pocket where I have to go to the back of the shop and fill my drinks myself. No one tells the customer something that refused to wear masks. I'm never back.

Bad service, food is not good, not worth your money.

I absolutely love Jimmy John's and this location. They are real sandwhich artists. The employees are wonderful. I normally get the slim 5 with kicking ranch, but I recently tried the Frenchie. it was delicious.
