Ming Kitchen - Hendersonville

I was curious to try this restaurant, but honestly, I was disappointed! The egg rolls were very small, and the rice was overcooked. The only good part of my meal was the broccoli that came with the beef broccoli, but the beef itself was so tough that it was difficult to chew! I don’t think this meal is worth the $11.

I ordered the A1 appetizer: the wings were not fresh and quite tough; the crab rangoon also tasted stale. The cheese potatoes were good, and I would definitely order them again. However, the boneless spare ribs were tough as well. It seemed like all the meat was chewy and not enjoyable. I also had the S1 Honey Chicken, but once again, the chicken was tough, and the fried rice was simply steamed white rice that looked like fried rice but didn't have any flavor. Finally, I tried the D1 steamed vegetables with white rice, and that was the only dish that turned out well.

This was my first visit to the restaurant. The spring rolls were delicious! The lo mein was good, and the chicken on a stick was decent—not bad, but not outstanding either. Unfortunately, the bourbon chicken was very salty and tough, making it inedible for me.

Ming Kitchen may appear as a small company, but one that deserves more recognition. The food is great, perfectly packed in a tight container that prevents spills and is ready to go in almost no time. You can also choose to eat inside as there are some seats available. It has a quiet atmosphere, was not too crowded during my first visit yesterday. The menu has a wide selection of items, although no pictures, so it is difficult to imagine what the product looks like. I think photos can be a great way to visualize and win interest. There are many good variety!

We are just passing through for the day, and came across this place as it's near the hotel. Place os super clean and the food was DELICIOUS! They have a large menu. Generous portions as well. Price is good and service was great too. Young man at the counter was very nice.
