Surprisingly fantastic! Be sure to try a pretzel or one of their other delightful treats! I visited on a Saturday morning right when they opened, and there was already a line of people eager to get inside! The staff are incredibly friendly and take the time to share information about the amazing selection of baked goods available. I will definitely come back! What a memorable experience!

The pretzels and beer cheese were fantastic! The flavor of the jalapeño cheddar was incredible! We devoured most of the pretzel before we remembered to take a picture— it was just too delicious! The service was great too.

We live in Hendersonville, and this bakery has quickly become our favorite. Make sure to arrive on a Saturday morning and get in line before they open. The scones are outstanding, and the cinnamon babka is simply phenomenal. Everything else—cookies, muffins, bretzels, croissants, focaccia—is amazing too! I just wish they were open more days and for longer hours. It would also be great if they could increase their supply to keep up with local demand, as they often sell out quickly. You really need to get there before that happens!
