Five Guys - Henrico

Burger was just average. Fries were limp and soggy, plus we got mostly little end pieces apparently the bottom of the basket. All this for almost $40, for 2 regular burgers, one order of fries, and 2 small drinks. Next burger and fries will be from Wendy's or McDonald's.

These burgers really are delicious. French fries are too good they remind me of the ones in my country. The people who attended us are very kind, when they call you to deliver your order or they do it with a joy that is contagious. The place is nice. When we enter we don?t receive rock music and it makes us feel comfortable. I ordered a cheeseburger with bacon and fries, the fries are delicious! The burger was just right and very delicious. I also ordered a strawberry lemonade, I really liked it on Saturday, there are more lemonade and soda options. The place is clean, I liked the phrases on the walls and the blackboard with children's drawings. I recommend it, it was a good afternoon at Five Guys!

I'm pretty furious that I just paid almost $20 for a meal I could have gotten from burger king and received more food for less money. If I could give zero stars I would. Smh I'm a regular customer to the Woodbridge, VA Prince William Parkway location; and the food is outstanding with huge portions, making it WORTH paying almost $20 for. I walked into this location at South Laburnum Avenue; and after waiting for the girl to finish flirting with the guy on the grill for 8 minutes, I received my SMALL burnt cold not Cajun regular priced fries and burger. Smh I actually love Five Guys, but I'll never return to this location again. I should have known when I didn't notice a large crowd or line like the Woodbridge, VA locations. Lesson learned, now I know to avoid the place like everyone else!! That was definitely NOT worth $18, and not what I'm used to when thinking of Five Guys.

These burgers are absolutely delicious! The French fries are amazing—they remind me of the ones from my home country. The staff members are incredibly friendly; when they deliver your order, their joy is truly infectious. The atmosphere of the place is lovely; upon entering, you’re not blasted with loud rock music, which makes for a comfortable experience. I ordered a cheeseburger with bacon and fries, and let me tell you, the fries are fantastic! The burger was perfectly cooked and incredibly tasty. I also tried a strawberry lemonade, which I really enjoyed, and on Saturdays, they offer even more lemonade and soda options. The restaurant is clean, and I appreciated the phrases on the walls and the chalkboard filled with children's drawings. I highly recommend it—it was a wonderful afternoon at Five Guys!
