Starbucks - Henrico

All the negative reviews make me sad on here! I do work at this Starbucks, I transferred from a store in South West Virginia. The manager here is new and he's doing the BEST job at running the store. All the staff I've worked with are friendly to customers AND employees. Bitter drinks can sometimes be from what you ordered inside the drink, not the barista. You also have to understand that if staff calls out and nobody can come in to cover, they will be short and running a drive thru along with a cafe AND mobile order isn't easy when you are short staffed. Also, it can be frustrating if someone orders a drink one way but changes it after it's been made. This Starbucks does not deserve 3.1 overall rating, it deserves 5. Put yourself in an employees shoes when rating a business. Customer service isn't an easy job, in fact it's harder than most.

Staff was super friendly. Drive-thru is tight, so take your time. Love that they stirred the honey in my latte. Not all locations do that and it usually settles to the bottom. Perfect latte!

This place always gets my drink right and it’s always delicious! My breakfast is consistently cooked to perfection as well. The service is quick and the staff are incredibly friendly! I absolutely love the team here—they feel like family! This is hands down the best Starbucks in the area, thanks to the people and especially the drinks! ☕️❤️

Visited it today and ordered chai tea latte. The person at the counter was very friendly and answered all my questions patiently. The place has been kept very clean as well. This might become my to go starbucks!!

I?m not a fan of this Starbucks, I?ve gone 3 or 4 times and they screwed up my $12 coffee twice, and today my hot latte came out cold, the barista insisted she just made it, and she did.. I watched her. But maybe she put too much oat milk? All I know is any time I?ve ever gotten these drinks from any other Starbucks.. they were perfect. Please hire better people.. my coffee and time are too expensive. I can?t believe she argued with me, she wouldn?t even listen and I ended up leaving with my boyfriends COLD latte and left my $12 frapp because I was so angry.
