Coffee#1 Hereford

Everything seems grotty and filthy here. The glasses are always misty and dirty looking. The saucers are the same, always look filthy. The toilets need a good deep clean, disgusting. Time this place had a good deep clean.

Called here as we we’re staying for 4 days in Hereford. I am afraid to say the place was very dirty, as tables were not cleared or cleaned.

This coffee shop has become my favorite spot and I frequent it once or twice a week. Today, due to the cold weather, I decided to indulge in a hot chocolate with all the toppings - whipped cream, marshmallows, etc. I really like this Coffee#1 location. The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient, even when the place gets busy and customers are constantly coming in. They work together to serve everyone as quickly as possible, even if there's a bit of a wait for a table. It's to be expected in a popular cafe like this one! The staff is always pleasant, friendly, and efficient, ensuring that everyone is taken care of. I'm a bit confused by a previous review I read on here, as it doesn't match up with my own positive experiences at this coffee shop. Perhaps they reviewed the wrong place?

Terrible experience! We waited in line for 20 minutes for food that was flavorless and way too expensive. The staff seemed unmotivated and were completely disengaged. They should reconsider their claim of being the "Best voted coffee shop." We won't be returning!

Popped in today just for a coffee but couldn’t resist the big choice on display of yummy cakes! Chose a chocolate and orange cake, and it was absolutely moreish alongside my cappuccino. Despite the steady stream of customers coming in through the door the staff were smiley and helpful and everywhere was neat and tidy. I say this as some coffee stores never clear the tables but they did here. All round good experience.
