Burger King - Hermantown

Fast friendly service just as ordered. Food was exactly what I expected from Burger ? King ?

Always great service. I have been through drive thru and ordered at counter. Quality of food is consistent and staff is very courteous friendly and helpful

Long wait times when no one is there (and I mean no one). Not a good place to run to if you are in a hurry or heading to work. The food has always been solid but the overall wait times are always an issue. Get more staff because it is not fair for those who are there and I am assuming working short staffed. Shows poor management and ownership.

1:30 in the afternoon stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes and not one of the staff said will be with you shortly. Finally just left.

Nicest cleanest BK I've been in. The app didn't work but the manager came out and gladly helped use our coupons without the app codes. Will definitely be coming back.
