The beautiful woman who led the breakfast offers a fabulous service. high quality food! the hotel was clean and new and I feel like they thought of everything when they design the room. claudia at the reception was friendly and helpful.

Stayed here on a Saturday night. Hotel and room is very clean. Bed was amazing. I was very comfortable. But the location of this hotel is in an awful spot being that there is constantly ongoing traffic driving by (loud trucks, ambulances, cars) and also across the street from a brewery that has live bands blasting music (not sure on the frequency but I stayed during the weekend at hotel). It seems the noise issue is a common complaint from this hotel which is out of their control. Due to the complaints, the hotel did display a note in the room that they are aware of the noise and will offer a sleep kit (earbuds, oils, white noise machine and eye mask). I found that to be a good alternative if need be. So its nice they are aware of the noise issues and actually implementing it in people’s stay. If noise is a deciding factor here for you and the alternatives that they offer arent okay for you, book somewhere else.

Don 't have a single complaint about this HI . i used their gym, ice machine, and clothes dryer (you need quarters fyi) and no problems. nwe didn 't do the pool because we forgot bathing suits but it seemed really popular with the kids from the other families there. n ntheir free breakfast is actually one of the best free breakfasts I 've ever seen. n nany time we had questions or needed help the staff was very helpful and friendly. n nnice clean atmosphere. almost all families. definitely would stay here again!

It was a very nice hotel. The rooms were clean, and the design was well thought out. It was spacious, but not unaffordable. The complimentary breakfast was worthwhile, though the pool was very small. Would go again, but do not be expecting an Olympic sized pool in there.

Excellent customer service! Needed help with a specific booking issue and the front desk team went above and beyond to help. I'm looking forward to our upcoming stay.
