Usa Subs Grill - Hermiston

I recently visited USA Subs and Grill and was thoroughly impressed! The sandwiches and subs were outstanding, and the cheese fries were particularly delicious. The quality of the food was excellent, making it well worth my time. Additionally, the customer service was fantastic. Overall, USA Subs and Grill is the best place in town and possibly in all of Oregon! Highly recommended!

This is definitely the best sandwich shop in town! I always have to ask for smaller portions to finish my sub. The service is consistently friendly and welcoming every time I visit!

I didn't order that. I knew it only hours later. It wasn't worth the money or the time there. I don't order her again. You lost a customer today.

The staff were friendly enough to prepare a makeshift Chipotle mayo for me, but the menu didn’t mention anything about lettuce and tomatoes on a steak sandwich. Overall, the meat was dry, and had I known about the additional toppings, I would have requested them to be left off. I’ve never encountered a steak sandwich served with tomatoes and lettuce before! Due to the food quality and the lack of clear menu descriptions, I don't think I’ll be returning. (Update) A few days have passed since my visit, and I still haven’t received a response from the owner regarding this or other reviews, which is quite disappointing. The owner's apparent lack of interest in customer feedback has led me to lower my rating from 2 stars to 1.
