Juicy Seafood - Hermitage

Food was great, but I won’t return. Our waitress was clearly under the influence of something. She told me that for a “crackhead” I’m pretty chunky. I cannot make up some of the outrageous things she said to me. She also put her shoes on the table to tie them while we were eating dinner.Food: 5/5

Food was great but they only had one server assisting all tables and she kept rushing back and forth and of course trying her best. Crawfish wore a little off but other than that great food.

The crab legs with red potatoes as sides was delicious. I was expecting larger crab legs, but I know such things are market dependent. When sold by the pound, my personal preference would be larger crab legs even if fewer clusters.Food: 4/5

Such a bad experience, not even able to stay second time when we were giving it “a second chance”. Smell was awful when you walked in the door. Sat us by bathroom in spite of being LITERALLY the only people in the place! Bathroom door was open THAT smell added to the awful really rank, old fish smell was sickening. First time so frenetic music, tv w/sound AND Spotify were all playing at once. Took forever to get food it was unremarkable. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!

I don 't know how you guys came up with the reviews but those reviews were not accurate when I frequented this establishment last night. The waitress was VERY rude. The place was dirty, the table legs were rusty (brown rust like water damage), keep in mind it was Valentine 's Day, one would think the place would have been clean. It had a damp musty odor. The corn was old, as well as the crab legs, the mussels were very small but the flavor was good, that 's why I gave this a 2 and not a 1 rating. The potatoes that were boiled in the bag were small and not flavorful, which leads me to believe they threw them in the bag at the last minute. I 've eaten at these chains in 2 different states and 3 different cities, by far, this one is the worst. Needless to say, I will NEVER visit this establishment again. And the waitress asked me if I was leaving her a tip...I politely said no .
